Thank you for your interest in Every Stride Studio. Bookings are accepted on the following basis:

​

1) Bookings are only accepted from individuals over the age of 18. If the booking is for a rider under this age, it must be made by a parent or adult with parental responsibility to act on behalf of the child.

​

2) If booking a reel, please read through the 'Filming Options' page, and read the information under 'What is a reel?' to ensure that you are happy with what a reel is prior to it being created. Reel bookings are confirmed on the understanding that you have read this information and on receipt of your deposit.

 

3) For project work, bookings are confirmed on receipt of an email accepting our project proposal and a deposit being paid.

4) Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the overall cost. Deposits are non-refundable unless we have been given over 24 hours notice of cancellation (unless there are exceptional circumstances).

5) Accreditation fees may be payable at some competitions. This will be discussed and quoted for in advance of filming. 

​

6) Bookings are accepted in good faith. Once confirmed we will do our best to honour the booking however, on the occasion of an event taking place outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule (where possible).

7) Travel costs charged at 50p per mile (each way) will be added to invoices for filming beyond a radius of 15 miles from RH10.

8) Unless agreed in advance, it is understood that all work created by Every Stride Studio must be acknowledged either by collaboration or by Every Stride Studio being tagged and/or credited in social media captions for any posts uploaded to any online platform.

9) Every Stride Studio's work is not to be used under any circumstances by third parties who are claiming the work as their own.

​

10) We observe strict GDPR guidelines and will not share or pass on your details to any third party unless you specifically agree for us to do so.  We will only post client content online with your prior agreement or by collaboration.
