Bookings are accepted by Every Stride Studio on the following basis:

​

1) Bookings are to be made by individuals over the age of 18. If filming is booked for a rider under this age, the booking must be made by a parent or adult with parental responsibilty to act on behalf of the child.

​

2) Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the overall cost. Deposits are non-refundable unless we have been given over 24 hours notice of cancellation. 

 

3) Bookings are accepted in good faith and once made we will do our very best to honour the booking however, on the occasion of an event taking place outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule (where possible).

4) We are fair and reasonable but cancellations made within 24 hours of filming will lead to the deposit being witheld. Where practical, we will always work with you to reschedule. Deposits are only returned for cancellations made within 24 hours under exceptional circumstances.

5) Travel costs charged at 50p per mile (each way) will be added to invoices for filming beyond a radius of 30 miles from RH10.

 

6) It is agreed that Every Stride Studio will be added as a collaborator, tagged or credited for any work created and this is to be visible on all Social Media posts and platforms. Every Stride Studio's work is not to be used by third parties who are claiming the work as their own.

7) We observe strict GDPR guidelines and will not publicly share or pass on your details to any third party unless you specifically request us to do so. This includes following privacy protocols when posting content on Every Stride Studio's Facebook and / or Instagram feeds. We will not do this unless we have received your permission in advance to do so.
