Bookings are accepted by Every Stride Studio on the following basis:

​

1) Bookings are to be made by individuals over the age of 18. If the booking is for a rider under this age, it must be made by a parent or adult with parental responsibility to act on behalf of the child.

​

2) Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the overall cost. Deposits are non-refundable unless we have been given over 24 hours notice of cancellation. 

​

3) Bookings are accepted in good faith and once made we will do our very best to honour the booking however, on the occasion of an event taking place outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule (wherever possible).

4) Unless there are exceptional circumstances, cancellations made within 24 hours of filming will lead to the deposit being withheld.   

​

5) Travel costs charged at 50p per mile (each way) will be added to invoices for filming beyond a radius of 30 miles from RH10.

​

6) Unless agreed in advance, it is understood that all work created by Every Stride Studio must be acknowledged either by collaboration or by Every Stride Studio being tagged and/or credited in social media captions for any posts uploaded to any online platform.

7) Every Stride Studio's work is not to be used by third parties who are claiming the work as their own.

​

8) We observe strict GDPR guidelines and will not publicly share or pass on your details to any third party unless you specifically request us to do so. This includes following privacy protocols when posting content on Every Stride Studio's Facebook and / or Instagram feeds. We will not do this unless we have received your permission in advance to do so.
